I just wanted to let you know that the crack in my ceiling has been repaired and the plaster and paintwork restored. I had a really positive experience with your office staff and the two guys who did the work. Queries were responded to promptly, reasonable time-scales were agreed and the guys turned up on the dot on the day they were due to start. They were polite, sensitive, and respectful of my belongings. And they communicated well with me about the progress. It's made a real difference having such a good team managing the whole thing, especially in terms of clear communications beforehand, which meant it was as stress-free for me as it possibly could be.
